We're back, but with a difference. For some time, there will be SITE UPDATES and constant ones on the MESSAGE BOARDS itself!

Right. People have been waiting for ages for updates. After discussion on the POSION GOD MACHINE forum, we have decided to screw the tad GEJ Tripod (space problems, ad spamming) and forget the shift to another "free" server, as we will soon enough move to dot com. This may take over a month or two, due to reasons ranging from designing and learning html to being busy in college. So, in a dream, I came up with the idea of doing updates on the boards themselves, as transition phase. Most people I have talked with, at least people who matter, are quite thrilled with the idea and thus I am going with it.

THE FUNDA: Every reviewer on the site gets a topic of their own (once they send in new reviews), where I shall be updating their MUSIC reviews. Movie Reviews, Misc Articles, Interviews, Columns et al will have seperate topics. All such topics will be LOCKED so that no one posts there. Remember, MISC ARTICLES can be sent by ANYONE, not just staff, so this gives non-staff to be a part of Hypnos as well. These articles should, however, be music related. For FEEDBACK, there will be ONE open sticky topic, where board users can post feedback on reviews. Along with this, there will be sticky locked topics for PICKS OF THE WEEK and SITE UPDATES.

On the site itself, I shall be posting this info in short form, along with sending out the mailing list, so site visitors can get here and read updates.

THE RULES

1) No starting topics of your own here. This is for the site stuff only.
2) Absolutely NO trolling. I'm serious. I'm usually leniant but this about the site, and thus, the moderators will come down hard on any sort of trolling.
3) ON FEEDBACK: Feedback consists on stuff about style and writing more than your opinion. It isn't write to flame a reviewer for his/her opinion, so keep that out please. Of course, disagreements on reviews (if you're into the style of music) are perfectly fine, but they can be submitted without flaming someone who took the work of actually writing. For example, if someone reviews DISGORGE, and if you're not into that sort of music, post your views on the review and not how much the MUSIC SUCKS. The same goes for a review on an alternative or electronica album and so on. Please adhere to this small requirement, or else the feedback topic will have to removed completely. Thank you.

ATTN STAFF

ALL staff will be needed in the STAFF FORUMS constantly as there will be lots of discussions going on there on a lot of things. Cheers.
